Can you send me a catalog of your products and more information? 

As an internet-only business, we work very hard to keep our overhead costs low. That way, we can provide the best service, selection, and prices to our customers. As such, we do not create printed marketing materials of any kind. Our website is our catalogue — always current, and always up to date.

Do you sell your products wholesale and in bulk to doctors, health food stores, clinics, and medical professionals?

Absolutely! If you are a medical professional or retail store, please feel free to contact us for special dealer pricing.

How are your products shipped to customers in the U.S.?

Orders for Customers in the USA are shipped via US Priority Mail, and usually receive their products within 2 to 3 days.  Packages will be delivered by your local Post Office!

How do I get Free Shipping?

To qualify for free shipping, you must be a U.S. Customer and purchase products totaling $100 or more. If your shopping cart total is $100 or more, a free shipping method will be offered in the drop down menu on the shopping cart check out page. To get free shipping, please be sure to select that option. Free shipping is the same speed as U.S.P.S. priority mail and is not any slower or faster. Free shipping is not available to International Customers.

Do you sell and ship your products outside of the U.S.?

Yes! After shipping internationally for over five years, we have a pretty good success rate—over 99% in every country we have shipped to! When we first started serving customers worldwide, we were concerned about packages being lost in the mail, stolen, or confiscated by customs officials. Time has shown we need not have worried. Of the hundreds of orders we have shipped, we have rarely had a problem.

Usually, international orders reach a customer in a week to ten days. Unfortunately, there is no way to guarantee that timeframe. We ship Air Letter Post to keep shipping costs down for our customers, and occasionally—not often!—the time stretches to several weeks. We suggest that you always keep a bottle or two in reserve so the timeframe is not critical.

Please understand that we have no way of tracking Air Letter Post shipments. Though the shipment may seem to be taking longer than expected, in our experience, it does arrive with no problem—often within days of deciding the package is lost. In the unlikely event that your shipment never arrives, contact us.

Shipping and handling is included in the price of each international item, so no additional charges are added. The warehouse now usually ships two bottles to a package. We suggest that your first order be for only one or two bottles so you know what to expect with the delivery process.

Why can't you ship DHEA to me outside the U.S.?

Many countries do not allow DHEA through customs, so we cannot ship DHEA outside of the U.S.
