Progesta-Care, Natural Progesterone Cream from Life-Flo, comes in a measured dose bottle that delivers 20mg of progesterone per pump. This approximately the amount present in the blood during the last half of the menstrual cycle.

Some women are more comfortable adding an additional dose several hours later if they are experiencing severe symptoms and need to raise, or maintain, their progesterone level.
