Progesta-Care, Natural Progesterone Cream from Life-Flo, comes in a measured dose bottle that delivers 20mg of progesterone per pump. This approximately the amount present in the blood during the last half of the menstrual cycle.

Some women are more comfortable adding an additional dose several hours later if they are experiencing severe symptoms and need to raise, or maintain, their progesterone level. A dose will reach its peak in the blood stream in about 3-4 hours, and will be available for about 8 hours.  It will completely clear the system after 12 hours.

I am 34 years old, and I was suffering from crazy PMS for my whole life and my symptoms were getting worse with time. I decided to try Progesta-care, this is my first month and I used it as directed, for 14 days before my period starts, and I was really surprised by the results: less cramps, less pain, better mood, more calmness. The benefits should be much better in 3 months, but what a big change I've noticed since the first month. I really like this cream.

This product helped me tremendously with symptoms of estrogen dominance!  Once I started using it, my menstrual cycles became less heavy and less painful and the breast tenderness went completely away!  I cannot live without this cream!!
